As a retail shopper, I have two major pet peeves.

Number # 1: Waiting in lines.  I hate it.  I'm blown away major national retailers haven't figured out that people don't want to wait in lines.  We've figured it out.  We do our best to avoid lines at the registers and call up extra cashiers routinely. 

Number # 2: Asking where something is and someone pointing and telling me where it is.  Generally, this does me no good.  I end up frustrated and lost.  For this reason, we always try to walk you to the product you are looking for. 

We deeply value our customers and realize you can go anywhere, and you decided to shop with us, which is why we do everything we can to make sure your shopping experience is memorable. 

We have three sommeliers, beer experts and spirit enthusiasts on staff, ready to help.

We love doing carry-outs. 

We have a saying around here that goes a little like this, "Customers come first, everything else can wait."
