We ship to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin.

Shipping Policy (Please read carefully)

• Minimum order is 6 Bottles total
  
• You must be at least 21 years to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery!
• We suggest providing a business address to ensure that someone can be there to accept the package.
• If an order is returned for failure to provide proper proof of age, the Buyer is still responsible for all shipping charges. Fedex will attempt to redeliver the package 3 times, then you'll have the opportunity to pick it up at a Fedex facility. But after that, the package comes back to us and you're still responsible for the shipping charges.
• You will receive a Fedex tracking number through email as soon as your order is shipped.
• I will try to get your beers packed up and shipped out as soon as possible. I can't imagine a scenario where it would take more than 5 business days, but it is possible.
• Buyers within Colorado pay sales tax. If your address is outside Colorado, you will not be charged sales tax. However, it is the buyers responsibility to pay any taxes related to the shipment of beer in your state.
• We only accept Visa, Mastercard or Discover.
• We cannot be responsible for weather related damages. Please do not order during periods of extreme cold or extreme heat.
• No returns or exchanges.
• Because the buyer takes possession of the beers in the state of Colorado, we cannot be responsible for any damages associated with the shipment. However, the packaging used to pack the beers has been proven to be extremely reliable.  Nothing has ever broke. 
  

• By requesting shipment of alcoholic beverage from Liquor Max, you must also agree to the following conditions:
• Title and ownership of all products takes place as soon as your credit card is charged and occurs in the state of Colorado.
• Liquor Max makes no claim that the buyer has any legal right to have alcohol shipped to any destination outside of the state of Colorado. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcoholic beverages and is expected to abide by their local and state laws.
• By placing an order, you are authorizing Liquor Max to engage a common carrier to deliver your products on your behalf.

Packaging Charge

We use Fedex-approved packaging made from recycled materials.

You will be charge the following per box:

6 Bottle Box Charge: $ 7.50

12 Bottle Box Charge: $ 9.50

Fedex Shipping Charges

All shipments are done through Fedex at the buyer's expense. Rates vary by weight and destination. We do not profit at all from shipping. Whatever Fedex charges us, we charge you.

So far, the shipping charges have ranged from $ 10.00 to $ 25.00, depending on the size and weight of the box and your proximity to Colorado. Shipping to business addresses is also cheaper.
